If materials or workmanship fail on CordBrick, DeskBrick, or MugBrick under normal use, we replace it. That’s for the company that placed the order, as long as they still have it.

Covered: cracks, splits, steel that comes loose, silicone that tears on a desk, nightstand, or in a bag.

Not covered: lost, stolen, cut, melted, dishwasher, oven, pets, kids, scuffs that don’t stop it working, glow fading over years, fire/flood. If the imprint wears off, that’s the print. We replace a defective unit. We don’t reprint a logo.
